About Me And Sex & Intimacy Coaching

"We are all perfectly imperfect"
What Makes My Approach Different
Many people seek help with intimacy issues but feel stuck in cycles of talking without real change.
My work focuses on midlife and long-term relationship intimacy challenges, including , hormonal changes, antidepressant side effects, erectile difficulties, low desire, and relationship fatigue.
These experiences are common, but they are often not clearly explained or supported with a direct path forward.
I don’t offer open-ended sessions or vague advice. Instead, I work through a clear, structured process that helps couples and individuals move from understanding patterns to actively rebuilding connection.
Intimacy is both emotional and physical, and both need attention for meaningful, lasting change.
My Re:Kindle Program is designed especially for you.
"Intimacy can feel complicated. It doesn’t have to stay that way."

Meet your Sex & Intimacy Coach
Hi, I’m SarahLou
I am a Certified Couples Coach and Mentor, a Certified Sex Therapist (Buehler Institute), a Certified Dating Coach, and trained in REBT and Trauma-informed yoga approaches.
I also hold membership with the International Association of Therapists (IOATH).
My work focuses on helping individuals and couples rebuild emotional and sexual connection in long-term relationships.
My Background
Before coaching, I worked as a Divorce and Matrimonial Lawyer and Family Law Mediator, where I saw first-hand the impact of relationship breakdown, including emotional disconnection, infidelity, and sexual incompatibility.
I also worked as a Theraputic Foster Carer, supporting young people with complex emotional and trauma-related experiences.
This background gives me a deep understanding of relationship dynamics from both a professional and human perspective.
Why I Do This Work
I specialise in sex and intimacy in long-term relationships because I’ve seen how often couples struggle silently with these issues, especially in mid-life.
I also understand these changes personally and professionally, and my work reflects both lived experience and structured, evidence-based approaches.
I regularly continue my professional development, and study in somatic and body-based approaches to intimacy.
